1 Bag Production – India
Category: Accessories
Scope: Sourcing, product development and production management
Development and coordination of the production of a collection of leather bags and other natural materials, including supplier search, sample development, material selection, cost negotiation and production follow-up.
Production delivered on time, with the introduction of new suppliers and materials aligned with the brand’s positioning.
2 Outerwear Production – China
Category: Outerwear, recycled and sustainably produced materials
Scope: Sourcing, product development and production management
Supplier search and coordination of outerwearproduction, including technical development, selection of sustainable materials, sample follow-up and production management with manufacturers in China.
Result: Collection developed and produced in line with the required quality and sustainability standards, as well as the established deadlines.
3 Hat Production – India
Scope: Sourcing, product development and production management
Development and coordination of the production of a collection of hats and caps in natural raffia, including material selection, sample development, cost negotiation and production follow-up.
Production delivered on time using certified natural materials aligned with the brand’s positioning and the specifications of the sustainability department.
4 Leather Jacket Production – India
Category: Outerwear
Scope: Product development and production management
Development and production management of leather jackets, including material sourcing, prototype development, price negotiation and production follow-up with manufacturers in India.
Result: Production completed according to approved quality standards and with an optimized cost structure.
5 Embroidered Shirt Production – India
Category: Garments – Shirts
Scope: Supplier search, product development and production coordination
Development of women’s embroidered shirts in organic cotton, including supplier search, embroidery sample development, material selection and production coordination with manufacturers specialized in artisanal techniques in India.
Result: Successful development of the embroidered garments and production delivered on time.
6 Denim Jacket Production – Turkey
Category: Garments – Denim
Scope: Product development and production management
Production management of denim jackets, including fabric sourcing,
sample development, wash development and production follow-up with manufacturers in Turkey, working with suppliers specialized in optimized processes.
Result: Collection developed and produced with approved washes and quality standards.
